Who we are
Thermal Process Equipment (UK) Limited was incorporated in 2025 and has traded since January 2026, founded by engineers with a background in thermocouple and MI cable manufacturing. We design and build production machinery for thermocouple and temperature sensor manufacturers.
What we make, and why
Our machines cover the full thermocouple production line: CD and TIG welding for MI cable junctions, automated and manual drilling, ultrasonic cable stripping, and micro-blasting to clean MgO insulation from cable ends before welding - built as a complete line or supplied individually.
Where we work
We're based in County Durham, in the North East of England, supplying manufacturers in the UAE, EU, Korea, UK and USA.
Standards and compliance
Designed and assembled in the UK, every machine carries UKCA and CE marks and has been independently EMC tested to BS EN IEC 61000-6-4 and BS EN IEC 61000-6-2.
Our engineers bring years of experience in thermocouple and MI cable manufacturing to every project.
We supply manufacturers in the UAE, EU, Korea, UK and USA.
